As I collect different honeys, I appreciate the uniqueness of this honey and its rarity makes it special. It definitely has a bitter overtone which pairs well with strong cheese.
Would also work as a marinade and I'm wondering how it would go in an Asian dish?

Have been using raw honey as a post-work out, in my morning coffee, and as a supplement after food and electrolyte intake. It has an amazing bold taste and the consistency is quite thick.

Great tasting honey, great quality too

I am not the biggest honey consumer. I rarely eat it. But I've never tasted honey this delicious before. It tastes like caramel to me. I will eat this straight out of the jar. No joke. After visiting Kangaroo Island, I only brought home one jar and hoarded it all to myself for as long as it lasted. I'm an addict. I just recently had a few jars shipped to me in the USA. We will see how long these last. So good. This place is amazing. No one else makes honey that tastes as delicious as this.
