We are committed to providing quality goods and services to you.
Should you have an issue with any of our products, your first point of contact should be an email to info@kangarooislandbeeco.com.au giving us the details of the problem. We will then give you a phone call to discuss the problem with you personally and work out a solution.
As Kangaroo Island is a sanctuary for the Ligurian Honey Bee, once our products have left the island they cannot be returned.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on honey or bee related products, sale items or gift cards.
