Shipping policy
Delivery
Shipping cost is calculated at the shipping cart, based on package weight, size and destination.
We delivery within Australia to all states except WA & TAS due to bio-security restriction. International shipping is available to most countries outside of the EU & NZ. Please phone our team prior to completing an online order if you wish to discuss further, or to arrange delivery to multiple addresses.
We use Australia Post and other courier providers where necessary for delivery to all areas of Australia and aim to have your order packed and shipped from our store within 24 hours. Please check Australia Post for delivery times.
When public holidays occur, delivery can take longer. Please choose Express Post if you need the products quickly and we will prioritise shipping your parcel.
Please make sure that delivery address and postcode are correct as we cannot be responsible for non-delivery due to an incorrect address provided. In the event of extreme weather or other events out of our control (eg civil actions, delivery vehicle breakdown etc) we cannot be responsible for any delivery delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been packed and is ready for dispatch, we will send you an email advising that your order is packed and ready to be sent. Once your package leaves The Kangaroo Island Ligurian Bee Co you will receive an email or text with your tracking number. International Orders
There are many restrictions in various countries on the importation of honey that make shipping internationally a challenge.
Weight limit for international orders is 2kg of product due to customs restrictions in some ports. International delivery is available to most countries outside of the EU and NZ.

Western Australia
Due to domestic quarantine restrictions, the following products can not be shipped to Western Australia or Tasmania:

- Bee Balm – all varieties
- Lip Balm – all varieties
- Bee Friendly Seeds
