Honey Crackles

Golden, crispy, and full of flavour. These honey crackles are a simple favourite made even better with extra honey and no sugar. Perfect for lunchboxes or an afternoon treat!

Ingredients

4 ½ cups cornflakes
120g unsalted butter, chopped
5 tbsp Eucalyptus Cneorifolia or Premium Raw Honey

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180C (160C fan forced)
  2. Line a 12 hole muffin pan with paper cases.
  3. Place the cornflakes in a large heatproof mixing bowl.
  4. Combine butter and honey in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Stir until the butter has melted and the mixture is smooth and lightly bubbling.
  5. Pour the warm honey mixture over the cornflakes. Stir gently to coat all flakes evenly. 
  6. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until lightly golden. 
  7. Cool completely in the pan before serving or storing. 

Storage

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.
