Honey Crackles
Golden, crispy, and full of flavour. These honey crackles are a simple favourite made even better with extra honey and no sugar. Perfect for lunchboxes or an afternoon treat!

Ingredients
4 ½ cups cornflakes
120g unsalted butter, chopped
5 tbsp Eucalyptus Cneorifolia or Premium Raw Honey
Method
- Preheat oven to 180C (160C fan forced)
- Line a 12 hole muffin pan with paper cases.
- Place the cornflakes in a large heatproof mixing bowl.
- Combine butter and honey in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Stir until the butter has melted and the mixture is smooth and lightly bubbling.
- Pour the warm honey mixture over the cornflakes. Stir gently to coat all flakes evenly.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until lightly golden.
- Cool completely in the pan before serving or storing.
Storage
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.
