
Hot Chocolate with Honey
Warm up on a cold winters day with a honey infused hot chocolate.
Serves 2
Ingredients
350ml milk
150ml water
30g 70% dark chocolate (chopped)
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tbsp Duck Lagoon Honey
pinch sea salt
Method

Heat & whisk – In a small saucepan over medium-low, warm the milk and water until steaming. Whisk in cocoa and salt until smooth.

Melt in chocolate – Add chopped chocolate; whisk until fully melted and glossy.

Sweeten – Remove from heat, stir in honey. Taste and adjust sweetness.

Serve – Pour into pre-warmed mugs.
