Organic Duck Lagoon Honey (50g) - There’s a delicate, woody edge to this honey’s aroma. The sweet, nutty taste intensifies to sweet cacao with delicate, dry, wood and floral undertones. Caramel flavours taper off to reveal a delicate marzipan-like finish. Perfect drizzled over yoghurt, fruit, a smoothie or vanilla ice cream.
Organic Port Lincoln Mallee Honey (50g) - A lively, light aroma is the perfect preview for a refined, bright pronounced sweetness. Expect subtle hints of juicy apricot jam and peppery stem ginger notes that taper to delicate beeswax notes. This complex flavour lends itself perfectly to a charcuterie board accompaniment, or base for a salad dressing or marinade.
Organic Pennington Bay Honey (50g) - The initial Ladyfinger and Milk Arrowroot biscuit flavours evolve into a baked vanilla cheesecake sweetness. Perfect as a sweetener for milky teas, or drizzled over Greek yoghurt & stewed lemony-rhubarb compote to balance out the tartness.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days, but may take longer during busy periods. Once the order is shipped you will receive notification and a tracking number.
Our honey is raw and is not fine filtered, which means it undergoes minimal processing during the extraction and packing, so that it retains the health benefits from the naturally occurring enzymes.
For this reason we are unable to send honey to Western Australia or the Northern Territory.
We can ship honey to Tasmania, but cannot ship any candles or wax products.
Depending on the country, international shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and custom fees which are levied by the country of destination and are the responsibility of the recipient.
In some instances honey or honey products may not be cleared by Customs. Please be aware that we cannot offer refunds or guarantee receipt of products outside of Australia, and recommend checking the requirements of the destination country before placing an order.
Due to customs restrictions, we are unable to ship honey to countries within the EU.
