Our Limited Edition Collection celebrates the changing seasons of Kangaroo Island. This trio showcases small-batch honeys from the nectar of our native flora, capturing fleeting flavours that are only available for a short time.
Island Beach (300g)
Island Beach, on the island’s north-east coast, is a pristine stretch of white sand and turquoise water, backed by dunes and native coastal heath. The severe 2024/2025 drought significantly reduced nectar production across Kangaroo Island, and the east end felt it most acutely. With the Mallees offering only the lightest nectar flow, the flavour in this honey has become beautifully concentrated—and our harvest incredibly small. From all the hives at Island Beach, we gathered just 200kg of honey, making this one of our rarest extracts of the season.
Rich with bitter chicory, scorched brown sugar, and the heady depth of espresso and molasses. Notes of dark chocolate, Tia Maria and roasted coffee grinds give it a boozy, velvety swagger with a smoky finish that lingers - like a good story.

Duck Lagoon (300g)
The bushland surrounding Duck Lagoon offers our Ligurian bees access to a diverse range of flowering native plants, including red gum and narrow-leaf eucalypts. The combination of flora changes with the seasons and conditions, shaping a honey that reflects both the landscape and the particular moment in which it was harvested.
Woody and warming with notes of sandalwood, golden syrup and burnt sugar, this new release has a slight bitterness that brings balance and a long, caramelised finish. Best enjoyed with roasted vegetables, grilled meats, sharp cheddar or gouda, and warm buttery pastries—or even straight from the spoon.

Little Sahara (300g)
Our latest release. This honey celebrates the ecological richness of Little Sahara, where bees forage across flowering gums, coastal tea-tree and native understory, creating a honey as unique as the landscape itself.
This honey is pure Caramilk energy—buttery and fudgy with soft notes of dulce de leche and warm butterscotch that melt into a mellow swirl of cocoa powder and drinking chocolate. A gentle hint of bitterness arrives at the finish, keeping the sweetness beautifully balanced.
It’s fantastic drizzled over vanilla ice cream, banana bread spread with ricotta or cream cheese, or anywhere you’d usually sneak a spoon of caramel. Feeling bold? Melt it into a batch of blondies and thank us later.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days, but may take longer during busy periods. Once the order is shipped you will receive notification and a tracking number.
Our honey is raw and is not fine filtered, which means it undergoes minimal processing during the extraction and packing, so that it retains the health benefits from the naturally occurring enzymes.
For this reason we are unable to send honey to Western Australia or the Northern Territory.
We can ship honey to Tasmania, but cannot ship any candles or wax products.
Depending on the country, international shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and custom fees which are levied by the country of destination and are the responsibility of the recipient.
In some instances honey or honey products may not be cleared by Customs. Please be aware that we cannot offer refunds or guarantee receipt of products outside of Australia, and recommend checking the requirements of the destination country before placing an order.
Due to customs restrictions, we are unable to ship honey to countries within the EU, for other destinations there is a limit of 2kg per order.
