This trio showcases small-batch honeys from the nectar of our native flora, capturing fleeting flavours that are only available for a short time. Alongside these seasonal varietals, the collection also includes our award-winning Creamed Honey — smooth, delicate, and unforgettable. With only a limited number produced each year, this is a rare chance to savour the diversity of the island’s pristine landscape.
Port Lincoln Mallee (300g)
Though its name pays homage to the Port Lincoln region, this honey is made from nectar collected on Kangaroo Island, the world’s oldest bee sanctuary.
A lively, light aroma is the perfect preview for a refined, bright pronounced sweetness. Expect subtle hints of juicy apricot jam and peppery stem ginger notes that taper to delicate beeswax notes. This complex flavour lends itself perfectly to a charcuterie board accompaniment, or base for a salad dressing or marinade.

Creamed Mallee (300g)
Recently awarded First in Class at Sydney Royal National Honey Show, Creamed Honey is everything a pantry staple should be—smooth, silky, and spoon-ready.
Made using a traditional slow-churn method, each small batch is carefully crafted from 100% pure, raw honey. It’s a gentle process to control natural crystallisation, creating the honey’s fine, creamy texture.
Made for both flavour and feel, this honey is light on the palate with a subtle sweetness and signature creamy texture. A perfect match for toast and crumpets, swirled into porridge, or hot herbal teas, it’s a versatile jar to keep within reach.

Little Sahara (300g)
Our latest release. This honey celebrates the ecological richness of Little Sahara, where bees forage across flowering gums, coastal tea-tree and native understory, creating a honey as unique as the landscape itself.
This honey is pure Caramilk energy—buttery and fudgy with soft notes of dulce de leche and warm butterscotch that melt into a mellow swirl of cocoa powder and drinking chocolate. A gentle hint of bitterness arrives at the finish, keeping the sweetness beautifully balanced.
It’s fantastic drizzled over vanilla ice cream, banana bread spread with ricotta or cream cheese, or anywhere you’d usually sneak a spoon of caramel. Feeling bold? Melt it into a batch of blondies and thank us later.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days, but may take longer during busy periods. Once the order is shipped you will receive notification and a tracking number.
Our honey is raw and is not fine filtered, which means it undergoes minimal processing during the extraction and packing, so that it retains the health benefits from the naturally occurring enzymes.
For this reason we are unable to send honey to Western Australia or the Northern Territory.
We can ship honey to Tasmania, but cannot ship any candles or wax products.
Depending on the country, international shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and custom fees which are levied by the country of destination and are the responsibility of the recipient.
In some instances honey or honey products may not be cleared by Customs. Please be aware that we cannot offer refunds or guarantee receipt of products outside of Australia, and recommend checking the requirements of the destination country before placing an order.
Due to customs restrictions, we are unable to ship honey to countries within the EU, for other destinations there is a limit of 2kg per order.
