Harvested from hives nestled near the ancient inland sand dunes of Little Sahara—a landscape declared a Geological Monument in 1979—this honey captures the essence of Kangaroo Island’s untamed south coast. Beyond the rolling dunes lies a diverse coastal bushland, home to rare native orchids, wildlife, birds and the bees that make this honey possible.
This release celebrates the ecological richness of Little Sahara, where bees forage across flowering gums, coastal tea-tree and native understory, creating a honey as unique as the landscape itself.
Tasting Notes - Smooth, Sweet & Just a Little Bit Bougee
This honey is pure Caramilk energy—buttery and fudgy with soft notes of dulce de leche and warm butterscotch that melt into a mellow swirl of cocoa powder and drinking chocolate. A gentle hint of bitterness arrives at the finish, keeping the sweetness beautifully balanced.
If this honey were a person, it’d be the golden lovechild of condensed milk and your favourite chocolate bar—comforting, indulgent, and impossible to forget.
Pairing - Your Brunch, but Better
Live your best brunch life by spreading it over warm toast, swirl through Greek yoghurt, mix it into a hot white chocolate, or melt it into a batch of blondies if you're feeling dangerous. SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days, but may take longer during busy periods. Once the order is shipped you will receive notification and a tracking number.
Our honey is raw and is not fine filtered, which means it undergoes minimal processing during the extraction and packing, so that it retains the health benefits from the naturally occurring enzymes.
For this reason we are unable to send honey to Western Australia or the Northern Territory.
We can ship honey to Tasmania, but cannot ship any candles or wax products.
Depending on the country, international shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and custom fees which are levied by the country of destination and are the responsibility of the recipient.
In some instances honey or honey products may not be cleared by Customs. Please be aware that we cannot offer refunds or guarantee receipt of products outside of Australia, and recommend checking the requirements of the destination country before placing an order.
Due to customs restrictions, we are unable to ship honey to countries within the EU, for other destinations there is a limit of 2kg per order.
