Banana, Blueberry & Honey Breakfast Smoothie
This creamy blueberry breakfast smoothie brings together fruit, yoghurt, muesli and Kangaroo Island Premium Raw Honey for a naturally sweet, satisfying start to the day. The blueberries add colour and brightness, while the honey rounds out the flavour with a smooth, gentle sweetness.

Ingredients
2 ripe bananas
1 cup blueberries
1 cup vanilla yoghurt
1 cup natural muesli
1½ cups milk
1 tbsp Premium Raw Honey
2 cups ice
Method
- Peel and cut bananas into small pieces
- Wash blueberries, make sure to remove the green heads
- Place in blender with yoghurt, muesli, milk, honey and ice and blend until smooth
- Serve in tall glasses
Tips
- If you like it sweeter or stickier, add up to 2 extra tablespoons of honey.
- For a firmer slice, chill after cooling to help it set.
