Banana, Blueberry & Honey Breakfast Smoothie

This creamy blueberry breakfast smoothie brings together fruit, yoghurt, muesli and Kangaroo Island Premium Raw Honey for a naturally sweet, satisfying start to the day. The blueberries add colour and brightness, while the honey rounds out the flavour with a smooth, gentle sweetness.

Serves:         4

Ingredients

2 ripe bananas
1 cup blueberries
1 cup vanilla yoghurt
1 cup natural muesli
1½ cups milk
1 tbsp Premium Raw Honey
2 cups ice

Method

  1. Peel and cut bananas into small pieces
  2. Wash blueberries, make sure to remove the green heads
  3. Place in blender with yoghurt, muesli, milk, honey and ice and blend until smooth
  4. Serve in tall glasses 

Tips

  • If you like it sweeter or stickier, add up to 2 extra tablespoons of honey.
  • For a firmer slice, chill after cooling to help it set.
