Honey Glaze for Fresh-Baked Croissants

Honey Glaze for Fresh-Baked Croissants

Fresh from the oven and brushed with a warm honey-butter glaze, these golden croissants are irresistibly crisp, flaky and beautifully glossy.

Makes enough for 8 croissants.

Ingredients
2 tbsp Premium Raw Honey
1 tsp unsalted butter
pinch of sea salt

Method

  1. Gently warm the honey, butter, water and salt in a small saucepan until melted and combined. Do not boil.
  2. Brush the glaze lightly over the croissants as soon as they come out of the oven.
  3. Leave for 5 minutes before serving, allowing the glaze to settle into a glossy finish.
